Since founding the winery in 2010, we've been following our passion to make elegantly styled wines with individual character.
We work with specific vineyards and specific blocks of grapes in both warmer and cooler parts of Washington state. We source from distinguished wine growing appelations that include: Walla Walla Valley, Red Mountain, Wahluke Slope, Snipes Mountain and Yakima AVA areas.
Once we harvest the grapes early in the morning, we take great care in processing them in the cellar. During our gentle fermentation techniques we taste and smell the juice multiple times a day, determining which adjustments are needed. We ask ourselves: "Is the mouth feel continuing to improve? Is the flavor true to the natural expression of the fruit and vineyard?"
The voice of the terrain and vintage are expressed as purely and with as little distortion as possible. We strive to make harmonious wines from some of the best vineyards in the state of Washington.
